Cancellations & Returns
Bookings and Refund Policy
~All Services must be prepaid prior to your session, however they do come with a 100% money back guarantee, if you are not happy with the service provided. Let us know with 2-3 business days and you will have your refund transferred on the 1st of the upcoming month.
~Change of mind is not an option, however your purchase does have a 3 month use by date or alternatively you can gift your sessions to someone else.
~Vision Fulfilment Coaching 12 and 24 Week Immersions.
Each participant is to determine whether the suggestions contained in the sessions are appropriate for their particular circumstance and situation. Payment of all Immersions must be paid in full or to the agreed payment plan prior to commencement of that first session. After the first coaching session all purchasers are deemed final, however, if after the second live coaching session, and you have completed two weekly coaching tasks in full and you are not satisfied with the level of coaching you have received, or, Jaxin Brook feels that coaching is not for you, all monies will be refunded in full minus the two coaching sessions already utilised. Any added extras will become null and void. All refunds regardless of the date are paid to your account in full on the 1st of the month. Cancellations
~Regarding late cancellations, we understand that unforeseen circumstances happen even with the best of plans. Keep in mind Jaxin is the sole consultant and coach, it is appreciated that a minimum of 24 hours notice is given to reschedule as it allows us to reopen that space for somebody else. Any on the day reschedules will be met with a cancellation fee of $50.00, any monies due will be refunded minus the cancellation fee. No shows will be charged in full for the service.
