Cancellation Policy

Cancellations etc ~Regarding late cancellations single sessions, we understand that unforeseen circumstances happen even with the best of plans. Keep in mind Jaxin is the sole consultant and coach, it is appreciated that a minimum of 24 hours notice is given to reschedule as it allows us to reopen that space for somebody else. Any last minute reschedules on the day will be met with a cancellation fee of $50.00. No shows or appointments cancelled 2 hours prior will be charged at full price. Thank you for your understanding. ~All one off sessions must be prepaid, however they do come with a 100% money back guarantee, if you are not happy with the result or outcome of your treatment, let us know no later than 24 hours preceding your treatment and you will have your refund transferred on the 1st of the month. ~Change of mind refunds are not an option, however your purchase does have a 3 month use by date or alternatively you can gift your session to someone else.
