By participating in the purchase and exchange of all offerings, you acknowledge you have read and will abide by the Terms and Conditions regarding this purchase and that it is an agreement between you and business entity JAXIN BROOK.
Including One off sessions – Coaching, Aura Energy Treatments, 12 month Forecasts;
Once you purchased a service there are no returns or exchanges, unless the Happiness Guarantee has not been fulfilled see below. Each service when purchased whether in full or as a sales item has a 12 month expiry date on it. All services are priced in Australian Dollars.
You are able to reschedule any time up until 24 hours prior to your booked time and session at no charge. Reschedules or Cancellations on the day are charged a $50.00 non refundable fee. Appointments that are not attended without notice are charged the full fee amount of the booked session.
For One Off Sessions of which includes Coaching, Aura Energy Treatments and 12 Month Forecasts: If you are not completely satisfied, email hello@jaxinbrook.com within 24 hours of your completed service JAXIN BROOK will refund the amount you paid to your nominated account with 10 days. After 24 hours no refunds will be made.
If you email hello@jaxinbrook.com.au within 2 business days from signing the coaching agreement and advise that you wish to cancel, we will refund 100% of the money you have paid to us within 10 business days.
After the 3 business days cooling off period, if you no longer wish to complete the course and want to cancel, a $150.00 AUD cancellation and administration fee will be charged and a refund will be scheduled of the balance in full minus any sessions at the full purchase price that have already been utilised. This will be refunded to you within 10 business days.
Once you have paid a deposit for the program or paid for the program in full, after 3 days, you agree that you are not entitled to a refund and you agree that you are liable to honour the repayments for the program(s) you agreed to.
You can transfer your enrolment to a future date with at least 7 days notice.
4.1 Late payments on payment plans will incur a fee of $40.00 for each month it remains unpaid.
4.2 Should you default on this payment for more than 60 days, all payment plan agreements are null and void. Under the Privacy Act 1988, Business Entity JAXIN BROOK can, at its discretion, list information about the default with any credit reporting agency and refer your details to a debt collection agency to recover the outstanding balance.
4.3 If Payments are not made by the due dates, Courses or Training Programs may be cancelled and no refund given.
You can transfer your course to another person. We require at least 2 weeks notice prior to course start date.
You agree that you will not distribute or transmit to another person any training program manuals or online training program access. You agree that if you break these commitments, you will be subject to possible prosecution and be removed from all future courses, bonuses, support, community groups and email correspondence without refund.
When delivering Coaching Courses and Programs, we may change or cancel coaching days, hours, for any reason by notifying you in writing (note: this has never occurred in the history of trading entity of JAXIN BROOK but is here in case of emergencies). We shall have no liability to you; and you shall make no claim against us (including refunds), in respect of the same.
7.1 We may cancel the Training Program for any reason by written notice to you. We will then refund you the Investment you have paid us within 10 days of giving you notice of cancellation. We shall have no further liability to you in respect of cancellation.
You agree to limit any claim on business entity JAXIN BROOK to the cost of the products or services purchased. This includes any loss or damage suffered by you in relation to the performance of the products or services purchased under this agreement.
